Most manufacturing material warranties are lifetime and transferable. Our normal labor warranty is 1 year. Glass breakage warranty available. |
| What Is Normally Included: |
Top quality silicone caulking, trim in and out, adjustments, disposal of old materials, and job site cleanup. |
| What Is Normally Not Included: |
Washing windows, painting, staining, and alarms. Please remove blinds and drapes and clear the immediate area, so we can work... thanks. |
| Terms: |
A down payment is traditional. Final payment is due when the work is done. The installers normally ask for a check when they are done. |
| Condensation: |
Condensation "between" two pieces of glass is a seal failure, and is part of the warranty. Condensation on the inside of the house is a natural occurrence and is not a sign of any defect in the window. |
